Educational Career (COMBINED INTO EARLY LIFE HELP DELETE ME)

James Prosser Osbourn went to Central College as student in the academic department at the age of 14. He started at Central College in 1855 and ended there in 1858. He would then go on to study at Oberlin college, which was another very prominent African-American school until 1860. After which he would move back to his native hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to begin working is his own restaurant.
